Jelly Roll Quilt Along

A couple of days ago I posted about Moose on the Porch quilts Jelly Roll Quilt-Along. I am very excited about this. So excited in fact, that I decided to have a give-away!
This quilt-along is going to so fun! I can't wait to show my block- it's the only one that I know what it looks like. You see, the quilt-along is a surprise for me too. I find out the block patterns the same time as you do.
Are you thinking this is an awesome idea but not sure since you don't have a Jelly-Roll laying around for this project? Well let me sweeten the deal!
In an effort to share this fun experience with all of you I am encouraging you (my blog readers) to head over to Moose on the Porch Quilts and sign up for this quilt-along with me. Once you have signed up, simply leave a comment on this post telling me that you've signed up. If you already signed up a few days ago- that's ok. Just leave me a comment telling me that you did.
On saturday I will pick one lucky winner to recieve this fabulous Jelly-Roll from 'SIMPLE ABUNDANCE' by Bonnie and Camille.

Oh yeah, you heard me. A Jelly-roll----FOR YOU!!! So head on over and sign-up. I CAN'T WAIT!

  3. I signed up. I'm glad you wrote this post because I was on the fence about joining. I'm currently quilting a queen size quilt by HAND and it's taking me forever, so I was wary to start another project while I'm working on one. But, this quilt along seems totally doable. Thanks for the nudge to sign up. I'm excited to get started!

I was getting ready for a big party I'm hosting tonight with girlfriends I graduated with 31 years ago. We meet monthly and it's my turn. I will post all about it afterwards.
Did you bring something in to show me? How are you feeling?

  9. *dont enter me but I still wanted to comment!* I wish I could join in the quilt along, but I am a little over-quilting-commited as is! I need to finish up a bunch of projects and joined two block swaps plus a few other things her and there. I wish I could either find a sitter for 5 hours a week or quit my job. neither will happen!!
