Making it offical!

I have been working on this baby for quite a while and it's finally time to announce it to you all! My first book will be making it's debut at International Quilt Market this spring (May!) I am super excited. In April I will be listing it in my Etsy shop for pre-orders.

YEA! :o)

  16. Emily, I LOVE your rainbow quilt! Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed having you as a speaker at the Utah Valley Quilt Guild yesterday AND a bonus, you stopped by the Stitching Corner, where our bee meets each week. You can see the write up on our blog: uvqg.blogspot.com I will be adding more as the week goes on (until I get each thing up) I am the "Crazy Old Lady" who was taking pictures of you yesterday. Thanks again!

  17. In the last few weeks, I've been searching for a quilt book (not simply a single pattern)specifically for guys! Either I've been searching wrong, or there really aren't a lot out there. The title and quilt on the cover alone draw me in. I will definitely be buying this book! I can't believe how perfectly your announcement is timed with my searching...

  19. Oh!! now I am SOOO bummed I missed the UVQG meeting! I was GOING to go and then, well, just kind of let it slide. SHOOT! I would've luved to watch YOUR presentation!

    I really, honestly
am clicking up my heels for your new book! You are one of the VERY few who do patterns for the male gender of our species. I'm always looking for ideas for the men in my life...you know, husband, son, son-inlaws, grandsons. Thank you for your quilty inspiration in this direction!

  20. Nice! I have a son that will soon be a teenager and it will be nice to have some patterns/ideas that aren't girly. Congrats!
