Sew Simply Stitched RETREAT!

Do you ever feel like you need a break? A break from all the regular STUFF? I was watching a TED talk the other day (don't ask me who, I can't remember) but he was talking about the benefit of taking a sabbatical. When you take time away to regroup and relax it actually helps you to function more productively when you go back to your regularly scheduled programming. I've experienced this first hand and not just with my creative work. I've found I am a much nicer, calmer, more patient and loving Mom when I have had a nice little "time-out" from Mommy-ing for a few days.

It's time for a little YOU-time at the

This retreat is packed with some of the best teachers Utah has to offer:
Helen Butler
Denise Nelson
and
ME!
There are tons of classes to choose from in all sorts of categories. I'm teaching 2 classes and I know you would love them!

TUACAHN- Thurs afternoon

CLAMBAKE- Friday afternoon

You can sign up for the entire retreat: classes, lodging, meals, etc and all you have to do is show up with your sewing supplies and maybe a change of clothes (optional ;) or sign up for each item individually as fits your schedule and needs. Can you think of anything better than to just sit and sew for 3 days straight?

With so many events and responsibilities coming up in the near future I'm looking forward to this little getaway. Sure I'll be teaching but I'll get to hang out with other quilters doing what we love to do- QUILT!

I hope you'll join us!
