Buried Alive

I decided that I've avoided the inevitable long enough and decided to dive in and clean my sewing room.

Ummm.....

I think I bit off more than I can chew. This is going to take awhile.

If you don't hear from me in a few days- send reinforcements.

I SEW get that!!! I am a hoarder ( ok, the first step is admitting...right) of fabric and patterns. I bought a wonderful IKEA set of cubicles to store it all last year at this time. This year....well, it is still spilling over. OH MY!!! Good luck!!!

That is exactly how I felt when I dove into the pantry / laundry room combo. I think I'm going to wait a bit before doing the office. :-)

I wish you luck in this endeavor, I have not been able to get past surface cleaning my sewing room for months. I keep finding something else (anything!!) I'd rather be doing. It's so nice to have a clean, organized space to work in tho...it's an admirable cause!!

I am drowning too. I hope it is fun for you, daunting as it may be.

I should be cleaning- but I'm online instead. I just have to say that it's nice to know I'm not alone in this 'mess'. And to Kris: I've been making excuses for months too. Then just yesterday I realized I haven't done any sewing because I hated being in there surrounded by mess. That is when I knew it all had to change. And it is....slowly but surely! :o)
